Tuesday -Saturday 12noon until 7pm Est. are the only days that are open for business. Shipping, Emails, Customer service only operates on these days during the specified time frame of 12 noon- 7pm.

How can I estimate when my order will be delivered?

When calculating your expectant delivery date start counting the next business day after your payment has been made. You count all the way to the last day of the 6th week and thats your estimated shipping time frame. Your order will arrive anywhere from the 2nd week to the 6th week.
